Blind Bumpers — Email tracking/status link removal

Changes:
- Removes Track your order from order-confirmation email HTML/text.
- Removes View order status from processing email HTML/text.
- Removes Track delivery and View order status links from shipped email HTML/text.
- Keeps carrier and tracking number as plain text in the shipped email.
- Migration 008 removes the previous default tracking/status link blocks from existing database templates without replacing unrelated template content.

Deploy over the existing Blind Bumpers application, then run:

  npm run migrate
  npm run check

Restart the Node application after both commands succeed.
